摘要
本文采用气相色谱法,以DB-1701色谱柱对辣椒碱进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 1,标准偏差为0.21,变异系数为2.44%,平均回收率为100.83%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Capsaicin TK by GC with DB - 1701 capillary column and FID detector. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 1, the standard deviation of O. 21, the variation coefficient of 2. 44 and the average recovery of 100. 83% were obtained.
