18%高效氟吡甲禾灵微乳剂防除油菜田禾本科杂草的效果及增产作用 被引量:1

Evaluation on the Efficacy and Yield Increase of Haloxyfop-P-methyl Against Annual Gramineous Weeds in Rape Field

摘要 在湖北省武汉市洪山区南湖农场开展了油菜田除草剂高效氟吡甲禾灵对于菵草和看麦娘的田间药效试验,验证其对于杂草的防除效果,确定了最佳使用剂量,以为产品登记、药效评价及安全合理轮换用药提供依据。田间药效试验结果表明,18%高效氟吡甲禾灵微乳剂在32.4、40.5、48.6和81g(a.i)/hm^2的喷雾剂量下,对于菵草和看麦娘20d的药效均达到87.25%以上,81 g(a.i)/hm^2最高浓度下,防效可达到98.68%;40d和60d的结果基本一致。施药后60d鲜重防效在4个剂量下均达到91.55%以上,除最高剂量外,剂量间差异不显著。同时,试验发现,高效氟吡甲禾灵能够通过防除杂草而减少杂草对于氮磷钾的消耗。据此认为,高效氟吡甲禾灵对于菵草和看麦娘等一年生禾本科杂草具有较好的防除效果。 The field trials of herbicide, Haloxyfop - P - methyl, in control of the weeds of Beck- mannia syzigachne (Steud.) Fernald and Alopecurus aequalis Sobol. in rape field were carried out in Nanhu Farmland, located in Hongshan District of Wuhan, Hubei Province, in order to evaluate the field efficacy, determine the optimum dosage, and provide the basis data for product registra- tion and reasonable rotation. The results showed that the efficacies of Haloxyfop -P- methyl 18% ME at the spray dose of 32. 4, 40. 5, 48.6 and 81 g a.i. per hectare after 20 days of treatment were more than 87.25%, while that at the highest dose of 81 g a. i./hm2 even reached 98.68%. The results of 40 days and 60 days after treatment were basically consistent with that of 20 days. Af- ter 60 days of treatment, the control effect of fresh weight reached more than 91.55 % at all the 4 doses, and no significant difference was observed except for the highest dose of 81 g a. i./hm2. Furthermore, it was shown that Haloxyfop - P - methyl could reduce the consumption of weeds to nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium by controlling weeds. Therefore, it was concluded that Haloxyfop - P - methyl showed effective in control of annual gramineous weeds in rape field.
