超声引导下富血小板血浆注射对军事训练膝关节损伤的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析超声引导下富血小板血浆注射对军事训练膝关节损伤的疗效。方法:选取军事训练所致膝关节损伤疼痛患者68例为研究对象,并行自体富血小板血浆关节腔注射治疗。按照注射方式随机分为A、B两组,每组各34例。A组使用超声引导穿刺,B组使用盲法穿刺,比较A、B两组的穿刺成功率、不良反应发生情况、膝关节Lysholm评分及视觉模拟评分。结果:A组的穿刺成功率为100.00%,B组为81.81%,表明超声引导下穿刺注射的成功率高于盲法穿刺注射;注射治疗后1个月及6个月与治疗前比较,膝关节Lysholm评分及视觉模拟评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下富血小板血浆注射对军事训练膝关节损伤的治疗效果好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided platelet-rich plasma(PRP)on knee injuries in military training.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with knee injury and pain caused by military training were selected as the study objects and treated with autologous PRP injection.Objects were randomly divided into group A and group B according to the injection method.Group A was treated with PRP injection under ultrasound guidance,and group B was treated with PRP injection under blind puncture.The success rate of puncture and adverse reaction in two groups were compared,and the effect of PRP on knee joint Lysholm score and visual analogue scale(VAS)under two kinds of puncture methods were observed.Results:The success rate of puncture in group A was 100.00%,and it was 81.81%in group B,so the success rate of ultrasound-guided puncture injection was higher than that of blind puncture injection.Compared with before treatment,the Lysholm score and VAS were significantly higher in1 month and 6 months after treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided PRP has a good therapeutic effect on knee joint injury in military training,and it is worth of popularizing.
