癃清片联合五水头孢唑林钠对老年肾结石合并反复尿路感染的疗效及对α1-MG、β2-MG、细胞免疫的影响

Effect of Longqing tablets combined with cefazolin sodium in treatment of elderly kidney stone with recurrent urinary tract infection and influence of serum α1-MG,β2-MG and cellular immunity

目的:研究癃清片联合五水头孢唑林钠治疗老年肾结石合并反复发作尿路感染的疗效及对血清α1-MG、β2-MG及细胞免疫的影响。方法:选取2015-02~2017-12在我院治疗的106例肾结石合并反复发作尿路感染的老年患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各53例。两组患者均给予五水头孢唑林钠注射液治疗,疗程均为7d,治疗组在此基础上口服癃清片。分别于治疗前后评定临床疗效,并测定血清α1-MG、β2-MG及细胞免疫变化结果。结果:(1)临床疗效:治疗组愈显率66.03%,总有效率100.00%;对照组愈显率47.17%,总有效率86.79%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)免疫球蛋白:治疗组治疗后IgM、IgG、IgA含量升高优于对照组(P<0.05);(3)T淋巴细胞:治疗组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8含量较对照组明显升高,CD8含量较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);(4)血清α1-MG、β2-MG:治疗组治疗后的血清α1-MG、β2-MG含量较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:癃清片联合五水头孢唑林钠对老年肾结石合并反复发作尿路感染疗效确切,可有效改善患者免疫功能,降低血清α1-MG、β2-MG含量,减轻肾功能损伤。

Objective：To study the effect of Longqing tablets combined with cefazolin sodium in treatment of elderly patients with kidney stone complicated with recurrent urinary tract infections and its influence of serumα1-MG,β2-MG and cellular immunity.Methods：A total of 106 elderly patients with kidney stone complicated with recurrent urinary tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,53 cases in each group.Both groups were given cefazolin sodium pentahydrate injection,treatment group was given oral Longqing tablets at the same time,the course of treatment in both groups was 7 days.Efficacy evaluation was performed before and after treatment,serum α1-MG,β2-MG and cellular immunity were measured.Results：（1）The obvious rate in the treatment group was 66.03%,and the total effective rate was 100.00%.The obvious rate in the control group was 47.17%,and the total effective rate was 86.79%.The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.（2）The levels of IgM,IgG,and IgA in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.（3）The levels of CD3,CD4,and CD4/CD8 in the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than those of the control group,and the content of CD8 was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.（4）The levels of serumα1-MG,β2-MG in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Longqing tablets combined with cefazolin sodium is effective for elderly patients with kidney stone complicated with recurrent urinary tract infections.It can effectively improve the immune function of patients,reduce the content ofα1-MG,β2-MG,and renal function injury.
