中国提出"一带一路"倡议以来,俄罗斯各界都作出了相应的解读,也存在一些观点上的争论。围绕着务实与响应、融入与抵触以及利益与威胁的选择,俄罗斯对该倡议的讨论也愈加深入。结合近期的国际表现,俄罗斯也在试图评估"一带一路"倡议对俄罗斯未来的影响。总体上,俄罗斯对"一带一路"持正面和谨慎乐观的态度,但从自身利益考量,也有自己的一些经济诉求,这一方面是形势所迫,另一方面也有其长远考虑与规划。在中俄关系处于历史高点的大环境下,双方在各领域的对接互动中都呈现出了相应的特点,有共识也有分歧。而美国的贸易保护主义让中俄两国在更多问题上有了一致的立场,但不能完全掩盖部分领域所面临的问题,这需要两国无论在民间层面还是官方层面进行更加务实和建设性的对话,从而为"一带一路"倡议的实现打下坚实的基础。
