Several Dimensions for Understanding Why Political Building is the Fundamental Task of CPC Parting Building

"以党的政治建设为统领"是党的十九大提出的重大课题和历史任务。中国共产党政治建设统领作用的发挥可以从理论、历史、现实、时代、实践五个维度加以认识和理解。从理论之维讲,马克思主义权威观是捍卫"以党的政治建设为统领、维护中央权威"的强大理论武器;从历史之维看,凸显政治建设的统领作用是马克思主义政党的优良传统和中国共产党人的经验总结;从现实之维讲,回应了人民诉求和政治关切,着力提升党的组织动员、社会号召力;从时代之维看,强化了政治引领,始终坚定正确的政治方向;从实践之维讲,彰显了思想引领,着力破解政治生态困境。正确把握这五个基本维度,对于我们在新时代以政治建设为统领推进党的建设新的伟大工程具有重大意义。

＂Taking the Party＇s political building as the guiding policy＂ is a major subject and historical task put forward by the Party＇s 19th National Congress. The role of the CPC political building can be understood and interpreted from the five dimensions of theory, history, reality, time and practice. From the perspective of theory, the Marxist view of authority is a powerful theoretical weapon to defend ＂the political building of the party as the guiding policy, and safeguarding the authority of the CPC Central Committee＂ ; from the historical dimension, the prominent role of political building is the excellent tradition of Marxist political parties and the summary of the experience of CPC ; from the perspective of reality, it responds to the people＇s demands and political concerns, focusing on improving the party＇s organization, mobilization and social appeal power; from the perspective of the times, it can strengthen political leadership and adhere to the correct political direction; from the perspective of practice, it highlights the ideological leadership, and focuses on solving the political ecological dilemma. Correctly grasping these five basic dimensions is of great significance for us to promote the new great project of party building with the guidance of political building in the new era.
