Political Interpretation of National Governance Practice——Chinese Governance Experience and Analytical Paradigm

作为理论研究和实践探索焦点的国家治理分析范式,由于其客观表征,淡化诸如善治等具有意识形态及价值取向判断的传统概念,近年来在学界掀起新的研究高潮。通过分析改革开放40年中国治理实践的理论诠释提炼及其面临的困境,为本土化"国家治理"理论范式出场奠定知识背景,并将其以学术性话语"情境式国家协同治理"钻石解释模型来予以归纳,阐释其作为替代性理论范式,在比较政治学科中解读发展中国家转型实践的学术价值和效能。进而实现将中国政治实践纳入到政治学理论比较视野之中,与他国实践进行理论对话,可为增进对中国发展的客观认识提供理论指引,并提升人文社会科学研究对社会发展的智力贡献和对社会观念变迁的引擎作用。

As a focus of theoretical research and practical exploration, the paradigm of national governance analysis, due to its objective representation, dilutes traditional concepts such as good governance and ideology and value orientation judgment, which has set off a new research climax in academic circles in recent years. The article analyzes the theoretical interpretation of China＇s governance practice during the 40 years of reform and opening up and the dilemma it faces, and lays the knowledge background for the localization of the ＂national governance＂ theory paradigm, and explains it in the aca- demic discourse of ＂situational state coordinated governance＂ taken as the diamond interpretive model. It is summarized and explained as an alternative theoretical paradigm to interpret the academic value and effectiveness of transformational practices in developing countries as shown in comparative politics. Furthermore, it will integrate Chinese political practice into the comparative perspective of political theory, conduct theoretical dialogue with other countries＇ practice, provide theoretical guidance for enhancing objective understanding of China＇s development, and enhance the intellectual contribution of social and social science research to social development and society as an engine to drive conceptual changes.
