摘要
装配式建筑是我国建筑行业发展中的新兴产物,它的出现是我国建筑行业不断创新的重要体现,是建筑行业贯彻落实国家产业结构调整的重要需求。行业内将建筑信息模型(简称为BIM技术),在装配式建筑设计过程中应用BIM技术有利于衔接各个环节,降低设计误差发生的几率,提高设计工作的效率和质量。通过对装配式建筑的概念、特点以及我国目前装配式建筑的发展现状进行了介绍,提出BIM技术的特点,指出了BIM技术在装配式建筑设计中应用的重要性,再次论述了BIM技术在装配式建筑设计中的实际应用及BIM技术在装配式建筑设计中的应用效果。
Assembled building is a new product in the developmem of China's construction industry. Its emergence is an important manifestation of China's construction industry's continuous innovation, and it is an important requirement for the construction industry to implement the national industrial restructuring. In the industry, building information models are referred to as BIM technology. Applying BIM technology in the process of prefabricated building design is conducive to linking all aspects, reducing the chance of design errors, and improving the efficiency and quality of design work. This article first introduces the concept and characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the current development status of prefabricated buildings in China, then proposes the characteristics of BIM technology, and then points out the importance of the application of BIM technology in prefabricated architectural design. The practical application of BIM technology in prefabricated architectural design, finally expounded the application effect of BIM technology in prefabricated architectural design.
