我国高速公路的建设水平已经有了显著的提高,其整体的施工技术以及各项质量管理体系也有了一定程度的完善。预制梁场的施工已成为高速公路的重点施工项目,其预应力混凝土箱梁更是得到广泛的应用,探讨高速公路预制梁场质量管理以及成本的控制方式,通过对高速公路预制梁场的施工要点进行深入分析,找到科学合理的控制方案,以此来降低整个高速公路的施工成本,减少高速公路的资金投入,在提高我国高速公路建设质量的同时,做好相应的成本控制措施。

The construction level of the expressway in China has been greatly improved, and its overall construction technology and various quality management systems have also been improved to a certain extent. The construction of precast beam field has become the key construction project of expressway, and its prestressed concrete box girder has been widely used. This paper mainly discusses the quality management of the precast beam and the control mode of the cost. Through the in-depth analysis of the main points of the construction of the precast beam field of the expressway, the paper finds out the main points of the construction of the precast beam field of the expressway. Scientific and reasonable control plan, in order to reduce the construction cost of the whole highway, reduce the capital investment of the expressway, and improve the quality of the highway construction in our country, and do the corresponding cost control measures.
