摘要 聚酰亚胺(PI)作为高性能聚合物之一,广泛应用于许多高科技领域,包括航空航天耐高温材料、柔性显示器、太阳能电池以及微电子制造等方面。由于聚酰亚胺在大多数有机溶剂中溶解度低,只能溶于少数高沸点极性有机溶剂,导致传统聚酰亚胺难以加工,限制了其应用,因此,提高聚酰亚胺的可溶性对于实现聚酰亚胺低成本化就显得尤为重要。本文主要概述了近几年来针对聚酰亚胺可溶性的研究进展,主要包括引入脂肪族基团和大体积三芳基咪唑单元、引入卤化单元、共聚等方法,并对聚酰亚胺溶解性能进行了总结。 Abstraet:Polyimide(PI) is one of the high-performance polymers widely used in many high-tech fields, including high temperature materials in the aviation and aerospace fields, flexible displays, solar cells and microelectronics manufacturing and so on. But polyimide is low in solubility in most organic solvents and can only be dissolved in a few high boiling polar organic solvents, which leads to the difficulty of the traditional polyimide processing and restricts its application. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the solubility of polyimide for the realization of the low cost of polyimide. In this paper, the research progress on polyimide solubility in recent years is mainly summarized, including the introduction of aliphatic groups, bulky triaryl imidazole units, the introduction of halogenated units, copolymerizaion and other methods, and their properties of solubility are described.
