摘要
碳纳米管(Carbon nanotubes,CNTs)因其独特的一维纳米结构和优异的物理、化学性质,将其掺杂于聚合物基体中制备防腐涂料,可显著提升涂层的防腐性能。本文综述碳纳米管掺杂于不同聚合物基体制备防腐涂料的最新研究进展,主要概述了聚苯胺复合型、聚吡咯复合型、聚氨酯复合型和环氧树脂复合型四大类,总结了碳纳米管掺杂不同聚合物制备防腐涂料的特点,分析了碳纳米管复合制备防腐涂料当前所面临的问题与挑战,并展望其今后在防腐涂料工业化生产的应用前景。
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have unique one-dimensional nanostructure and meaningful physical and chemical properties. It is doped with polymers to prepare anticorrosion paints, which could significant improve the anticorrosive performance of coatings. The recent research progress of CNTs doped with various polymers, including polyaniline (PANI), polypyrrole (PPy), polyurethane (PU) and epoxy resin (EP) to prepare polymer composites anticorrosive coatings are reviewed. The properties of these coatings are summarized, and the challenges and problems of preparing CNTs composites anticorrosion paints are pinpointed. In addition, its perspective applications in anticorrosive industries are forecasted.
