大叶黄杨木质素的高效提取及热解特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 试验采用贝克曼法、有机溶剂法和热解法提取大叶黄杨木质素,考察不同工艺对木质素产率及热解特性的影响。结果表明,有机溶剂法提取木质素收率高达39.25%,贝克曼法为9.75%,热解法仅为1.75%;有机溶剂木质素、磨木木质素和热解木质素的起始分解温度分别为250、200、150℃;有机溶剂木质素的反应活化能最大为124.4kJ/mol,热解木质素最小为94.3kJ/mol,说明有机溶剂木质素的热稳定性最好,磨木木质素次之,热解木质素的热稳定性最差。不同提取方法得到的木质素结构的差异,可能是这3种木质素热解特性差异的主要原因。 Pyrolytic lignin, organosolv lignin and milled wood lignin were obtained from euonymus japonicus by different extraction methods. The productivity and pyrolysis characteristics of lignins were anlyzed. The results showed that organic solvent method had the highest productivity, which was up to 39.25%, Bjorkman method was 9.75% and pyrolysis method was only 1.75%. The initial decomposition temperature of organosolv lignin, milled wood lignin and pyrolytic lignin were 250, 200 and 150 ℃ , respectively. Organosolv lignin showed the highest activation energy of 124.4 kJ. mol^-1 and pyrolytic lignin revealed the lowest activation energy of 94.3 kJ. mol^-1. According to TGA, organosolv lignin had the best thermal stability and that of pyrolytic lignin was the worst. Different chemical structure could be the main reason of pyrolysis characteristics among the three lignin.
