摘要
制作了适用于透平叶片射线CR检测的曝光曲线,对燃气轮机透平叶片裂纹缺陷进行了射线CR检测研究。结果表明,采用射线CR检测技术可实现透平叶片叶型进气侧和出气侧深度≥0.6 mm、长度≥2 mm裂纹缺陷的有效检测。通过图像处理可明显改善射线CR图像中裂纹缺陷的视觉效果,便于裂纹缺陷的识别。
The exposure curve for the experimental study on inspection of gas turbine blade by computed radiography was drawn to analyze crack in the blade.The results show that the cracks deeper than 0.6 mm and longer than 2 mm on the trailing and leading edge of gas turbine blades can be inspected effectively by using computed radiography.The visual effect of the cracks can be improved obviously by image processing technologies,so as to identify the cracks more clearly.
