摘要
应用3DP技术打印砂芯,以某航天薄壁结构件为应用对象,采用差压铸造,实现了薄壁结构件的铸造成形。研究表明,3DP技术打印的砂芯尺寸精度高、砂型强度均匀、退让性好,应用其浇注的薄壁结构件内部质量符合设计要求,外形结构尺寸精度高。
The thin-walled structure part for aerospace were manufactured based on 3 Dprinting sand core by differential pressure casting technology.The results show that the sand core manufactured by 3 DP technology has high precision,uniform sand mold strength and good deformability.The internal quality of the thin-walled structure casting part with the high dimension precision of the shape structure using3 DP technology meets the design requirements.
