摘要
研究了合金化元素Si、Mg、Ti等对Al-Si-Mg铝合金电导率的影响。研究表明,Si含量从6.0%增加到7.5%,电导率由20.8 MS/m下降到19.2 MS/m;Mg含量从0.16%增加到0.45%时,合金的电导率由19.3 MS/m下降到18.8 MS/m;晶粒细化元素Ti在0~0.12%范围内变化时,合金的电导率由20.5 MS/m下降到19.2 MS/m。随着时效温度升高和时效时间的延长,合金的电导率增加,硬度降低。其中在220℃下时效保温6h,合金的电导率达到23.6 MS/m,硬度(HB)为76,满足导体对合金性能的要求。
The effects of Si,Mg,Ti elements content on the electrical conductivity of Al-Si-Mg alloy were investigated.The results indicate that with the content of Si increased from 6.0% to 7.5%,the conductivity is decreased from 20.8 MS/m to 19.2 MS/m.When the content of Mg is increased from0.16% to 0.45%,the electric conductivity of the alloy is decreased from 19.3 MS/m to 18.8 MS/m.When the grain refinement element Ti is changed between 0-0.12%,the electric conductivity of the alloy is decreased from 20.5 MS/m to 19.2 MS/m.The experimental research on the heat treatment parameters show that the electrical conductivity and hardness are decreased with the increase of aging temperature and aging time.At 220 ℃for 6 h,the conductivity reaches 23.6 MS/m and the hardness is 76 HB,meeting the requirements of conductors for the alloy properties.
