摘要
在传统升压直流变换器中引入多单元二极管电容电感网络,为提高变换器电压增益提供了一种简单有效的解决方案。然而,大量无源器件的引入增加了模型的阶数和建模的复杂度。针对该类高阶非线性系统,该文利用电路中各无源器件时间常数的差异,提出一种统一的降阶建模方法。最后通过仿真和实验验证降阶模型的正确性。实验测量与理论推导传递函数获得的频率特性基本一致。统一降阶模型有助于变换器本身特性的深入理解和控制器的简化设计。
Boost derived DC-DC converter with multi-cell diode-capacitor/inductor (DCL) network provides a simple solution to achieve high step-up voltage regulation. However, many passive components increase the order and complexity of the system model. By utilizing the difference of the time constant of passive components in the DCL network and the external circuit, this paper proposed the unified reduced-order modeling approach for high step-up DC-DC converters with multi-cell DCL network. Finally, simulation and experiment results verified the correctness of the modeling approach. The measured frequency characteristic is almost consistent with the theoretical calculation from the derived transfer function. The unified reduced-order model contributes to a better understanding of circuit characteristic and simplification of closed-loop controller design.
