通管助孕汤治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Tubal Pregnancy Decoction in the Treatment of Infertility Caused by Fallopian Tube Obstruction

目的:探析中药通管助孕汤治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕的效果。方法:选取荥阳市中医院2015年5月至2016年6月收治的输卵管梗阻性不孕患者148例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各74例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予常规西医治疗联合中药通管助孕汤口服治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.89%,治疗1年后的受孕率为51.35%;对照组分别为78.38%和31.08%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通管助孕汤口服治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕效果确切,有助于促进输卵管的通畅,促进受孕。

Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine ＂Tubal pregnancy soup＂ in the treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction. Methods 148 cases of tubal obstructive infertility patients in the department of Obstetrics and gynecology from May 2015 to June 2016 were divided into The control group and the observation group. The control group received routine western medicine treatment, the observation group received routine western medicine treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine Tubal pregnancy soup was taken orally, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 91.89% in the observation group and 51.35% in the 1 year after treatment. The total effective rate was 78.38% in the control group and 31.08% in the 1 year after the treatment. The difference between the two groups was significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion It is effective to treat tubal obstructive infertility with oral tubal pregnancy decoction. It is helpful to promote the patency of fallopian tube and promote the conception.
