右美托咪定与咪达唑仑在ICU机械通气中的镇静效果

Comparison of the effects of dexmedetomidine and midazolam in ICU mechanical ventilation sedation

目的:探究右美托咪定与咪达唑仑在重症加强护理病房(ICU)机械通气中的镇静效果。方法:选取阳江市中医医院2014年1月至2017年1月收治的84例ICU机械通气患者,随机分为观察组(42例)与对照组(42例),观察组给予右美托咪定镇静治疗,对照组给予咪达唑仑镇静治疗,比较两组的镇静效果(起效时间、机械通气时间、ICU住院时间)以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的镇静效果优于对照组,不良反应发生率(14.28%)低于对照组(33.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定用于ICU机械通气患者镇静疗效显著,还能降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the sedative effect of dexmedetomidine and midazolam in ICU mechanical ventilation. Methods 84 patients with mechanical ventilation of ICU admitted to Yangjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2014 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group（42 cases） and control group（42 cases）. The observation group was given dexmedetomidine. In the sedative treatment, the control group received sedative treatment with midazolam, and the sedative effects（onset time, mechanical ventilation time, ICU hospitalization time） and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The sedative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions（14.28%） was lower than that of the control group（33.33 %）. There was signifi cant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of dexmedetomidine in the treatment of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation is signifi cant, but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions can be widely used in clinical practice.
