冠心病患者介入治疗后常见并发症及综合护理干预

After Treatment in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complications Analysis and Comprehensive Care Interventions Intervention

目的:分析冠心病患者行介入治疗后常见的并发症以及对其进行护理干预后的临床疗效。方法:选取广西医科大学第七附属医院2014年12月至2015年12月收治的43例行介入治疗的冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组21例行常规护理,观察组22例行综合护理。分析患者的并发症情况并比较两组患者进行护理后的并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的并发症发生率为18.2%,对照组为47.6%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组的护理满意度为95.5%,对照组为61.9%,观察组明显较对照组高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对行介入治疗的冠心病患者采用综合护理可有效减少患者的并发症发生情况,并提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective A common complication and its clinical effi cacy after analysis of nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease after intervention. Methods Forty-three patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional therapy from December 2014 to December 2015 in the Seventh Affi liated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and the control group received routine care. 22 patients in the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing. The patient＇s complications were analyzed and the complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Complications care patients incidence of 18.0 %, 48.0 % in the control group, the difference was signifi cant（P〈0.01）; satisfaction with nursing care group was 95.0 % and the control group was 62.0 %, signifi cantly higher than the control group, the difference was signifi cant（P〈0.01）. Conclusions Patients with coronary heart disease interventional therapy integrated care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients, and improve patient satisfaction with care.
