摘要 我国已迈入特高压与新能源并存的大电网时代,电网风险管控的智能化水平亟待提升。文章分析了现有的电网风险管控工作模式,提出了基于移动互联网技术的电网风险智能协同闭环管控体系,依次对风险评判信息异地协同采集、电网内部运行数据与外部风险评判信息整合、电网风险实时动态评估3个层面技术进行了研究,并给出了电网风险智能协同管控平台建设方案。通过在实际系统的应用表明,文章提出的风险智能协同闭环管控技术可行有效。 China has entered the era of large power grid with the coexistence of UHV and new energy, and the intelligent level of the risk management and control of the power grid needs to be improved. This paper analyzes the risk management mode of the existing power grid, puts forward risk intelligent mobile Internet technology based collaborative closed-loop control system, three levels of risk assessment information collection, integration of internal operation data and external risk assessment information, real-time and dynamic risk assessment of power grid are studied, and the construction scheme of intelligent collaborative risk management and control platform for power grid is presented. Through the application in the actual system, it is proved that the risk intelligent cooperative closed loop control technology is feasible and effective.
