神秘大脑:脑淋巴系统的发现与考量

Mysterious brain: discovery and considerations of brain glymphatic system

摘要 中枢神经系统功能复杂,人们对于大脑奥秘的探索一直未曾停歇,然而仍存在许多未解之谜:大脑代谢极其活跃,代谢产物的清除依赖于脑脊液的流动,而脑脊液不与脑实质直接接触,代谢产物是通过何种途径进入到脑脊液中并进行转移?原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤已被广泛证实,然而脑内却不存在淋巴组织,人们不禁要问脑内原发性淋巴瘤的组织学基础何在?
