摘要 变压器是电网中最重要的设备之一,保障其正常运行至关重要。以变压器状态检修为理论依据,参考国家电网相关文献,以三门峡水电站主变压器为例开展现场调研,收集变压器相关数据,采用层次分析法确定对同类型故障反应最灵敏的检测方法及状态量,然后通过主成分分析法确定各个状态量的权重。在此基础上,利用Myeclipse软件开发平台及Java语言,研发三门峡水电厂变压器状态评价系统。该系统在试用期内,能够准确、及时地发现劣化的状态量,提高了设备的利用率,延长了设备的使用寿命,减少了不必要的维修开支,具有实际的工程意义。 Transformer is one of the most important equipment in the power grid, it is crucial to ensure its normal operation. By taking transformer condition maintenance as theoretical basis, referring to the related literature of State Grid Corporation of China, taking the main transformer of Sanmenxia Hydropower Station as an example to conduct field investigation, collecting related transformer data, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the most sensitive detection method and state quantity for fault reactions of the same type, then, determine the weight of each state quantity by principal component analysis. Myeclipse software development platform and Java language are used to research and develop Sanmenxia Hydropower Plant transformer status evaluation system. During the trial period, the system can accurately and timely discover the deteriorated state, improve the utilization rate of equipment, prolong the service life of equipment and reduce unnecessary maintenance expenses. It is proved that the system has practical engineering significance.
