城市土地集约利用的空间极化特征、不均衡性与空间收敛性分析

Analysis on Spatial Polarization Feature, Imbalance and Spatial Convergence of Intensive Utilization of Chinese Urban Land

文章引入新古典经济增长理论中的收敛性假说思想对2004—2015年中国省际间城市土地集约利用水平差异的变化特征进行分析。结果表明,城市土地集约利用状况呈现均衡化的发展趋势,区域之间的差异趋于缩小,全国范围土地利用的总体差异主要来自组间差异;空间极化分析表明,城市土地集约利用的空间极化特征显著,并且极化程度不断增强;省际间城市土地集约利用水平存在显著的绝对β收敛趋势与条件β收敛趋势,人力资本、经济发展水平对城市土地集约利用水平的趋同具有显著促进作用,而产业结构、技术水平则对城市土地集约利用水平的趋同具有显著抑制作用。

This paper introduces the convergence hypothesis in neoclassical economic growth theory to analyze the variation characteristics of the difference of intensive land use level between provinces in China from 2004 to 2015.The results show that the urban land intensive utilization has an equilibrium development trend, with regional differences tending to narrow, and the overall difference in land use across the country mainly comes from differences between groups. Spatial polarization index analysis shows that the spatial polarization characteristics of urban land intensive use are significant and the degree of polarization is increasing; interprovineial level of intensive urban land use has significant trends of absolute [β]-convergence and conditional [β]convergence; human capital and economic development level have significant promoting effects on the convergence level of urban land intensive utilization, while the industrial structure and technological level have a significant inhibitory effect on the convergence of the intensive utilization level of urban land.
