以共享理念推进数字化时代的法学教育共享机制

On the Promotion of the Mechanism of Sharing in Legal Education in the Digital Age with the Sharing Idea

法学高等教育培养的应是符合社会需求的综合型法律人才,各教育机构法学教育资源的稀缺性和法学教育资源本身的共享性,决定了建立法学教育资源共享机制成为法学高等教育亟须解决的重要课题。本文结合法学教育,对＂共享＂这一新发展理念进行了内涵解读,对数字化时代法学教育资源共享的优势和困境进行了剖析,提出了基于数字化技术的法学教育资源共享机制的＂四系统＂说,并阐述了各系统的职责内容。

Chinese higher education institutions should educate the comprehensive qualified legal talent who are prepared for the actual social needs.The scarce of legal education resources among the law schools and the sharing characteristics of legal education resources make the establishment of a mechanism of resource sharing in legal education an urgent and important subject matter.Combing the status quo of legal education,the author of this paper makes a new interpretation of ＂sharing＂ and analyzes the advantages and difficulties of legal education resource sharing in the digital age.Based on the analysis,the author puts forward the theory of ＂ four systems＂ for the mechanism of legal education resource sharing,which is based on the digital technology and explains the specific functions and roles of the four systems.
