卓越法律人才培养计划的实施是高校法学人才培养的一次优化升级,各个参与高校应创新法学人才培养模式,探索富有本校特色的培养方案。洛阳师范学院卓越法律人才培养正逐步形成＂纵横＂培养的特色模式,这一模式取得了一定成效,但也需要进一步明晰功能定位、强化专业基础理论教学和完善制度保障。

This is an optimization and upgrade for legal education to implement the plan of education of excellent legal talent.It is necessary to innovate the present legal education model and to research different teaching programs which are suitable for the universities＇ own characteristics.Luoyang Normal University has its own characteristics in legal education.The ＂vertical and horizontal＂ model of legal education.which has achieved some success.But It is necessary to further clearing the functions of education and to strengthen the fundamental professional teaching and improve the systems to guarantee the implementation of the teaching.
