当前影响“宪法学”教学的因素分析及应对思考 被引量:2

摘要 国家政治领域重大法治改革、法学教育改革及法律职业资格考试改革,要求当前的宪法学教学必须回应上述一系列的压力和挑战,与时俱进。然而,面对这一现实,部分法学院校及教师对这些因素缺乏关注,文章分析了其中的主要原因:如教师的教学态度、院校的工作导向、社会环境。最后,文章提出改进"宪法学"教学的应对思考:改善"宪法学"教学目标的设定;教学内容必须反映最新的政治体制改革的内容;倡导案例教学;加强实践性教学环节的设计;选用优质宪法学教科书和加强宪法学教学资料建设;优化"宪法学"教学师资队伍。 The present teaching of the Constitutional Law course has to react and respond a series of pressure and challenges,such as the critical reform on the rule of law in national political field,the reform of legal education and the reform of Chinese National Judicial Examination.However,the actual fact has not made the higher education institutions and the teaching staff pay attention to the changing factors.The author of this paper analyzes the reasons,such as the teaching attitude,the orientations of the universities and colleges,social environment and so on.Last,the author proposes the reflections and advice of the improvement of the Constitutional Law course:change the teaching goal of the Constitutional Law course,the teaching content which should reflect the latest poUtical reform;case method in the teaching activities,the design of practical teaching,the choice of teaching material and teaching resources and the optimization of the teaching staff.
