“中国法制史”研讨课的改革与创新——兼谈《中国法制史研讨教学论纲》的编写思路

摘要 如何上好"中国法制史",真正发挥"中国法制史"作为法学理论核心课程的价值,是需要认真思考的重要问题。教育部提出的"卓越法律人才培养计划"为中国法学高等教育改革发展开辟了一分试验田,湖南师范大学是"卓越法律人才培养计划"教育培养基地,借鉴西方Seminar授课方式创设中国法制史研讨课教学法是一大创新,编写一部融理论与知识于一身的"不枯燥"教材是进行研讨课教学改革的重要组成部分,引导学生如何思考法律问题是教学改革的重要目的。 It is a very important question to find the right way to teach the History of Chinese Law and exert its value as the core course of the theories of law. "The Excellent Legal Talent Training Program" which was initiated by the Ministry of Education has made an experimental field for the reform of legal education among Chinese higher education institutions.Hunan Normal University is the training base for the "Excellent Legal Talent Training Program".With the reference to the seminar teaching method in the Western countries,the university has made innovations on the teaching method of the History of Chinese Law.Also,the authors of this paper propose that an interesting and vivid textbook is part of the teaching reform.By the innovative teaching method and the refined textbook,the course makes the students to form the way of "thinking like a lawyer".which is the purpose of the reform.
