摘要 "中国法制史"一直是国家重点学科,也是法学专业基础课。无论是在课程安排上还是课时设计上,多数法学院校都给予了应有的重视。但即便如此,我认为至少还有几点问题仍没有被注意到,一是法学界甚至整个社会对其的认识不够充分,比如其地位之尴尬、师资力量欠缺;二是"中国法制史"课程自身教学方式的不足,如教师精力投入不足,教学方法陈旧等。如何走出此种困境,是我们目前应当探讨的问题。 The History of Chinese Law has been a national key discipline,but also a basic course of law.No matter in the course arrangement or the design of the class,most of the law schools have given due attention.But even so,I think at least some of the problems are still not noticed,First,the legal profession and even the whole society to its understanding is not enough,such as the status of embarrassment,lack of teachers;The two is the lack of teaching methods of the course of Chinese legal history,such as the lack of teachers' energy input,the old teaching methods and so on.How to get out of this dilemma is the problem that we should explore at present.
