论“双一流”建设背景下的法学中外合作办学

On the Cooperation of Sino-Foreign Law Schools Programs under the Background of the Construction of“Double First-Class”Universities in China

＂双一流＂建设的提出为法学中外合作办学的发展提供了加快与国际接轨、促进法学中外合作办学人才交流、培养拔尖创新人才的新机遇,也带来了国际与国内协调发展、评估和动态调整、非一流学科法学中外合作办学的新挑战。＂双一流＂建设背景下,推动法学中外合作办学,以达到中外法学教育交流合作的目标,应当特别注意以下几方面：培育一流法学中外合作办学专业育人体系;提升法学中外合作办学教育质量和水平;契合高校＂双一流＂建设计划。

The proposal of our country’s＂Double First-Class＂ University Construction Program has made it possible for domestic law schools to carry out Sino-Foreign cooperation in running law schools’programs. China has had more new opportunities for international exchanges on running law schools, promoting the exchange of Sino-Foreign cooperative education personnel in law majors,and fostering top-notch innovative talent. But,at the same time, it has also brought new challenges to coordinated development of both domestic and abroad parts, assessment and dynamic adjustments at home and abroad, and the running of non-first-class law schools ＇ Sino-Foreign cooperative programs. Under the background of ＂Double First-Class＂construction policy in our country, domestic law schools should promote SinoForeign cooperation in legal education and to achieve the goal of exchange and cooperation in law education between China and other countries. Also,special attention should be paid to the following aspects ： the cultivation of the first-rate legal education systems for Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, the improvement of the quality of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in law,the coordination of different levels with the＂Double FirstClass＂construction plan for domestic law schools.
