摘要 在卓越法律人才培养计划实施过程中,探索以法律职业能力培养为目标的实务课教学模式非常必要。"双师多域协同"教学模式是校内教师与检察官、律师等实务导师以真实案卷、仿真训练场景和岗位训练为基础的协同教学,使学生在办案过程中提升法律职业能力的教学模式。"双师多域协同"教学模式的核心是"4方法、4环节"教学组织模式。4种教学方法包括实操训练法、以赛促学法、法律实务岗位训练法、任务驱动教学法。通过教师引导与示范、学生分组演练、汇报与研讨、实训基地训练等4个教学环节有序运行,使得4种教学方法在学生职业能力训练中有效发挥作用。 In the process of implementing the Excellent Legal Talent Training Plan, it is necessary to explore practical teaching models that aim at cultivating legal professional ability. The"Dual Teachers and Multi-Fields Collaboration Pedagogy"is a teaching model in which school teachers and prosecutors and attorneys and other practical instructors collaborate on the basis of real cases, simulation training scenarios and job training to enable students to improve their legal professional competence in the process of "handling" cases. The core of the"Dual Teachers and Multi-Fields Collaboration Pedagogy"teaching model is the"4 methods and 4 links" teaching organization model. The four teaching methods include practical training, competition promotion, law practice training, and task-driven teaching. Through the orderly operation of teacher guidance and demonstration, student group drills, reporting and discussion, training base training and other four teaching steps, four kinds of teaching methods can play an effective role in student professional ability training.
