摘要
样本民办高校教师合作意识处于中等稍高水平,学校层次与任职形式是影响教师合作意识的主要因素,性别、授课情况与收支状况是影响教师合作意识的次要因素,效能感与教师合作意识的相关度最高,工作能力、教学策略与教师教学交流意识相关度较高。建议民办高校积极创设环境,关注教师效能感和福利待遇,通过制度创新、规范管理,提高教师的合作意识,促进教师形成合力,为民办高校可持续发展贡献智慧和力量。
According to our survey, samples of the private college teachers' cooperative consciousness are at a slightly higher level. The college levels and employment statuses are the principal factors to influence teacher's cooperative consciousness. Teachers' gender,teaching status and the balance of payment position are the secondary causes of teacher's cooperative consciousness. The sense of efficiency is the most important factor related to teacher' s cooperative consciousness. Competence, teaching strategy relate to teacher's teaching communication consciousness closely. Suggestions are as follows: private colleges should create a positive environment and pay attention to teacher's sense of efficiency and welfare. Private colleges should improve teacher's cooperative consciousness by institutional innovation and standard management. By taking those measures, the promotion of teachers 'teamwork, and the aggregations of teachers ' wisdom and efforts of private colleges and universities and be realized to make a sustainable development.
