摘要
在普通本科院校开展拔尖创新人才培养试验,是一项颇具战略意义的教育改革探索,南昌工程学院瑶湖学院在此开创了一个先例。通过对瑶湖学院管理人员、专业导师、任课教师等一线教育改革参与者的实地调查,发现瑶湖学院在教学环境创设、教育举措革新、专业导师制度建设以及课程教学改革方面方面取得了突破性进展。面对改革的新形势与新问题,瑶湖学院需要进一步完善基础设施,提升学院文化氛围;健全制度规范,完善治理方式;完善导师制,促进师生交流;精简课程,广泛开展创新教学实践,以推动改革的纵深发展。
Launching the top-notch innovative talent training experiments in ordinary undergraduate colleges is a strategic exploration of educational reform. Yaohu School of Nanchang Engineering College has set a precedent here. Through on-the-spot investigations of Yohu School administrators,professional tutors, classroom teachers and other front-line education reform participants,it was found that Yaohu School has made breakthroughs in the creation of teaching environment, innovation in education initiatives,professional tutor system construction, and curriculum teaching reform. Facing the new situation and new problems of reform, Yaohu School needs to take the following measures : further improving the infrastructure and upgrade the cultural atmosphere of the college, upgrading the system and standards, and improving the governance methods, adjusting the tutorial system to promote teacher-student exchanges, optimizing the curriculum and carry out innovative teaching practices. Only by implementing those measure, can the school achieve the promotion of the development of deeper reforms.
