论专业学位研究生教育与职业资格证书制度衔接的必要性

The Need for Analysis of Cohesion between the Graduate Education of Professional Degree and Vocational Qualification

专业学位研究生教育和职业资格证书制度分别属于两个系统,但两者也存在一定的共性,即＂职业性＂＂专业性＂等,两者具有衔接的基础。从专业学位研究生教育的角度宏观分析,两者的衔接是当前我国在新的历史时期社会发展的客观要求,也是专业学位研究生教育自身发展的内在诉求,还是学生个体发展的根本吁求。在我国社会进步与发展中切实实现专业学位与职业资格证书制度的有机衔接,有利于促进教育资源的合理配置,满足社会对专业人才的需求,从而进一步深入推进结构改革和创新发展,加快我国研究生教育由教育大国向教育强国迈进的步伐。

Although professional degree education system and vocational qualification certificate system respectively belong to two different systems,they do have something in common, like＂professionalism ＂and so on. They have the base of convergence. From the perspective of macro analysis of professional degree graduate education, the convergence of these two systems is not only the objective needs of the development of the times,but also the inherent demands of professional degree postgraduate education and students ＇fundamental demand for individual development. With the practical realization of the organic convergence between professional degree and vocational qualification certificate system in social progress and development, the education resources can be rationally allocated to meet the social demand for talents, which further promote structural reform and innovational development. In doing so, the progress of our nation from＂ the best country for education＂ to ＂the most powerful country for education＂ could be highly accelerated.
