Learnedness as the Teacher and Integrity as the Normalcy:Discussion on a Postgraduate’s Supervisor’s Responsibilities and Duties

培养指导研究生是一门艺术,对导师的学术水平和教学能力都是一种考验。本文结合作者自身长期担任高校研究生导师的经历,从研究生导师的行为规范、学术创新,以及在研究生培养过程中,如何创新机制、科学育人等方面进行了分析,总结了高校研究生培养过程中的一些有益经验,探讨了我国高校研究生培养的改革方向。

It is an art to cultivate and supervise a postgraduate and it is also a test of the supervisor’s academic research and teaching capacities. The author of this paper has the abundant experience of serving as the postgraduate supervisor. Starting from a supervisor’s code of conduct and academic innovation, the author makes the analyses on the innovation mechanism and all-rounded education in the process of postgraduate cultivation. The author then summarizes the successful experiences of postgraduate cultivation and discusses the reform direction of postgraduate cultivation at domestic universities.
