摘要
从培养模式的概念内涵出发,培养模式改革需要紧扣人才成长规律和社会发展需求变化,而博士生培养模式改革则需特别注意创新能力的内涵变化,并将这种变化贯穿到培养模式改革的全过程。从博士生教育改革的国际经验和本土实践来看,我国博士生创新能力培养模式改革至少表现出如下几个趋势:博士生教育的培养理念越来越重视积极适应和服务社会经济发展需求,培养目标更加重视创新能力的系统化训练,招生入学更多采用硕博连读、直接攻博、申请考核等招考方式,课程设置更加重视研究方法、跨学科课程和职业生涯指导,导师指导更加重视跨机构和跨学科联合培养,质量评估更加重视从多元评估主体的视角来评估博士生的创新能力。
From the perspective of the definition of cultivation mode, the reform of cultivation mode needs to focus on the principles of talent development and the changes of social development demands. The reform of the cultivation mode of doctoral education needs to emphasize the changes of the connotation of the innovation abilities and make it go through the whole process of cultivation mode reform. From the perspective of both the international successful experience and domestic practice, the reform of the cultivation mode of doctors’ innovation at least appears the following trends :the increasing emphasis on active adaption and service for social and economic development demands in the fundamental cultivation concepts of doctoral education, the increasing emphasis on the systematic training of innovation abilities in cultivation goals, the multiple enrollment methods in doctoral enrollment and admission, such as successive master-doctor program,recommendation for doctor program and application-assessment program, the emphasis on research methodologies, inter-disciplinary courses and professional career guidance in curriculums, the emphasis on the cooperative inter-institutional and inter-disciplinary cultivation in supervisors’ guidance, the increasing emphasis on the multi-angle’s assessments on subjects’ doctoral innovation abilities in cultivation quality.
