摘要
采用苯酚硫酸法和蒽酮硫酸法分别测定了烘干和晒干的核桃青皮多糖含量,结果显示,苯酚硫酸法测得晒干和烘干的青皮多糖含量分别为185.41mg/g、119.82mg/g;蒽酮硫酸法测得的多糖含量分别为135.67mg/g、74.68mg/g。实验对比了两种方法的稳定性以及重复性,苯酚硫酸法优于蒽酮硫酸法,而其中晒干处理的核桃青皮比烘干处理的多糖含量高约65mg/g。
The contents of polysaccharide in kiln dried and sun-dried walnut green husk were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and anthrone-sulfuric acid method respectively. The results showed that the contents of polysaccharide in kiln dried and sun-dried walnut green husk by phenol-sulfuric acid method was 185. 41 mg/g and 119. 82 mg/g respectively,and the content of polysaccharide measured by anthrone-sulfuric acid method was 135.67 mg/g and 74. 68 mg/g respectively. The stability and repeatability of the two methods were compared. And the results showed that the phenol sulfuric acid method was superior to the anthrone sulfuric acid method,and the content of the polysaccharide in the sun-dried walnut green husk was about 65 mg/g higher than that of the kiln dried.
