对贵阳守住发展和生态两条底线的思考

Reflections on the Two Bottom Line of Guiyang's Development and Ecology

文章从发展底线、生态底线的概念及其相互关系等方面进行了剖析,并指出贵阳的发展底线是保持较高的经济增长率,生态底线是确保生态环境质量进一步改善,构筑稳固生态安全防线。最后在结合贵阳发展现状的基础上针对性地提出了实现途径建议。

The concept and relationship of development and ecological bottom-line was analyzed. And pointed out that the development bottom-line of Guiyang was to maintain a high economic growth rate,and the ecological bottom-line was to ensure the further improvement of the ecological environment quality and to build a solid ecological security line. Finally,based on the current situation of Guiyang＇s development,some suggestions for the implementation were put forward.
