摘要
痛性糖尿病周围神经病变(PDPN)作为糖尿病并发症之一,是以疼痛为主要表现的一类神经病变,属于神经病理性疼痛的一种。JAK-STAT(The Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of tran-scriptions)信号通路是一种由多种细胞因子介导的信号传导通路,与PDPN的病理机制密切相关。JAK-STAT信号通路通过与Nrf2通路相互作用介入到抗氧化应激过程,进而发挥神经细胞保护作用。JAK-STAT信号通路可以作为治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变一个潜在的治疗靶点。
Painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the complications of diabetes.Pain is the main manifestation of a class of neuropathy.It is a type of neuropathic pain.JAK-STAT signaling pathway is a signaling pathway mediated by a variety of cytokines and is closely related to the pathological mechanism of PDPN.The JAK-STAT signaling pathway is involved in the process of anti-oxidation stress by interacting with the Nrf2 pathway,thereby exerting neuroprotective effects.JAK-STAT signaling pathway can be used as a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
