城市特色风貌是一个城市形象的重要体现,它使城市得以延续、发展并发挥其传播文化的基本功能。在平阴县总体规划过程中,将总体城市设计的思路融入方案形成的全过程,从城市的自然山水整体格局入手,打造彰显地方特色、地域文化、时代风貌的城市空间形态,形成平阴城市特色风貌。加强对城市的空间立体性、平面协调性、风貌整体性、文脉延续性等方面的规划和管控,强化尊重自然、传承历史、绿色低碳等理念,留住城市特有的地域环境、文化特色、建筑风格等"基因"。

The characteristics of the city is an important embodiment of a city＇s image. It enables the city to continue,develop and develop its basic functions of communication culture.
