广西土地集约利用与反贫困效应协调发展研究

Coordinated Development of Intensive Land Use and Anti-Poverty Effectiveness in Guangxi

土地集约利用水平决定区域土地经济产出,影响区域反贫困服务成效。以广西108个区县为研究对象,基于熵值法与数理统计方法,构建指标评价体系测算广西区县层面土地集约利用水平及其反贫困效应,并利用发展协调度模型与空间自相关方法,研究土地集约利用与反贫困效应两者间的发展协调关系,分析其发展关系的空间集聚特征。研究结果表明:广西土地集约利用综合水平呈上升趋势,各区县空间分布格局稳定,总体呈东南高西北低格局;反贫困效应综合水平呈上升趋势,各区县发展渐显均衡趋势,空间分布格局呈东高西低格局;土地集约利用与反贫困效应发展协调度综合水平呈上升的趋势,具有空间依赖性,呈现明显的空间聚集特征且集聚程度逐渐增强,低—低集聚区主要集中在广西西北地区,高—高集聚区主要分布在广西东北发达城市。

The level of intensive land use determines regional land economic output and affects the effectiveness of regional anti-poverty services. This paper mainly selects 108 districts and counties in Guangxi as the research object, based on entropy method and mathematical statistics method, constructs an index evaluation system to measure the intensive land use degree and anti-poverty effectiveness at the district and county level in Guangxi, and uses the development coordination model and spatial autocorrelation method to study the development coordination relationship between intensive land use and anti-poverty effectiveness, analyzes the spatial agglomeration characteristics of its development relationship. The research results show that the comprehensive level of intensive land use in Guangxi is on the rise. the spatial distribution pattern of each district and county is stable, and the overall pattern is high in southeast and low in northwest of Guangxi. The comprehensive level of anti-poverty effect is on the rise, the development of each district and county is gradually balanced, and the spatial distribution pattern is high in the east and low in the west. The comprehensive level of coordination between land intensive use and Anti-poverty Effect development shows an upward trend, with spatial dependence and obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics. Low-low agglomeration areas are mainly concentrated in northwest Guangxi, while high-high agglomeration areas are mainly distributed in northeast developed cities of Guangxi.
