摘要
研究了一清颗粒的提取工艺。由于黄芩与其他药物混煎会影响其有效成分的提取,因此对黄芩采取分开提取,大黄和黄连合并提取。通过研究不同工艺对一清颗粒处方中大黄、黄连和黄芩各自有效成分提取效果的影响。根据单因素实验结果设计正交试验,确定黄芩的最佳提取工艺为料液比为1∶7,用60%乙醇在100℃下回流提取2 h,黄芩苷得率为3.141%;黄连与大黄合并提取的最佳工艺为:黄连与大黄的比例为1∶3,乙醇用量为药材的10倍量,在100℃下用70%乙醇回流提取4 h,黄连素得率为7.530%,大黄素得率为2.720%。为一清系列药物提取提供借鉴。
The extraction technology of Yiqing granules was studied. Because the mixture of scutellaria and other drugs could affect the extraction of its effective components, the scutellaria baicalensis was extracted separately, and the rhubarb and rhizoma coptidis were combined extracted. The effects of different technology on the extraction effciency of rhubarb, rhizoma coptidis and scutellaria baicalensis in Yiqing granules were studied. According to the single factor experimental results, orthogonal test was designed to determine the optimum extraction process of scutellaria baicalensis. The ratio of material to liquid was 1:7, with 60% ethanol was refuxed to extract for 2 hours at 100℃ . The yield of baicalin was 3.141%. The optimum extraction conditions of rhubarb and rhizoma coptidis were as follows: the ratio of rhubarb and rhizoma was 1:3, the dosage of ethanol was 10 times as much as that of the medicinal materials, and 70% ethanol was used to refux the extract for 4 hours at 100℃. The yield of berberine was 7.530%, and the yield of emodin was 2.720%.
