Obstacles and Countermeasures of Implementing Rural Revitalization Strategy in Hunan

乡村振兴,布局是农业农村优先发展,目标是"强、美、富",方向是农业农村现代化,途径是城乡融合发展,载体是美丽乡村建设。文章在分析湖南实施乡村振兴战略障碍基础上,提出了实施乡村振兴战略举措:以提升科技应用水平为先导,以培养一支懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的"三农"工作队伍为关键,以加强乡村组织建设为保障,以实际行动振兴乡村。

Rural rejuvenation, layout is the priority of agricultural rural development, the goal is ＂strong, beautiful, rich＂, the direction of agricultural rural modernization, the way is the integration of urban and rural development, the carrier is the beautiful rural construction. Based on the analysis of the obstacles to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Hunan Province, this paper puts forward the strategic measures for the implementation of the rural revitalization： taking the promotion of the level of scientifc and technological application as the guide, cultivating a ＂three agriculture ＂ workforce who understands agriculture, loves the countryside and loves the peasants as the key, strengthening the construction of rural organizations as the guarantee, and taking practical actions to revitalize the countryside.
