宁夏农业基础设施治理模式的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Agricultural Infrastructure Management Models in Ningxia

通过对宁夏回族自治区农业基础设施治理模式的研究分析,比较目前宁夏农业基础设施治理模式,即BOT模式、PPP模式和多中心治理模式的优劣,提出适宜本地区发展的可行之策,主要有加强资金投入,优化农业基础设施;创新融资方法,拓宽投资渠道;完善法律体系,优化融资环境;结合当地实际,尝试多中心模式。

Through the research and analysis on the governance model of agricultural infrastructure in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the current governance model of agricultural infrastructure in Ningxia, namely BOT model, PPP model and multi-center governance model.
