地方高校经济统计学专业人才培养改革探索——以成都信息工程大学统计学院为例

A Probe into the Reform of Training Economic-Statistics Majors in Local Universities—— A Case Study of Statistics College of Chengdu University of Information Technology

我国地方高校经济统计学专业人才培养存在对人才市场需求研究不够、培养目标定位不够清晰、人才综合素质需不断提升和实践教学形式单一等问题。我国地方高校经济统计学专业人才培养应以人才市场调研为依据,制定人才培养方案;全面做好"三个结合",搭建校政双赢的实践教学平台;加强教学团队建设,着力促进青年教师的成长;充分重视教学改革,实现教学和科研的有效融合。

In the training of economic-statistics majors in local universities of China there exist such problems as the lack of research on the demand for job market, the unclear orientation of the training target, the comprehensive quality of the talents still to be improved and the single form of practical teaching. In the training of economic-statis- tics majors in local universities of China we should be based on the research of job market to formulate the training program for talents, complete the ＂three combinations＂, build a win-win practical teaching platform for school and gov- eminent, strengthen the construction of the teaching team, effectively promote the growth of young teachers and pay more attention to the teaching reform so as to realize the effective integration of teaching and research.
