大学生志愿精神、创业精神、工匠精神与感知创业行为控制的关系研究

Research on the Relationship among College Students' Volunteerism,Entrepreneurial Spirit, Craftsman Spirit and Perceived Entrepreneurial Behavior Control

通过大学生志愿精神、创业精神、工匠精神和感知创业行为控制等四个测量量表,对543名大学生进行问卷调查以及结构方程模型分析,结果表明:大学生志愿精神、创业精神和工匠精神与感知创业行为控制具有正相关性,工匠精神在大学生创业精神、志愿精神和感知创业行为控制中间起中介作用。大学生的志愿精神、创业精神、工匠精神越强,越有可能影响感知创业行为控制。国家、社会、高校、大学生应各负其责,增强大学生感知创业行为控制力。

Through the questionnaire survey and structural equation model analysis of 543 college students by us- ing such four measurement scales as college students＇ volunteerism, entrepreneurial spirit, craftsman spirit and per- ceived entrepreneurial behavior control, the results show that college students＇ volunteerism, entrepreneurial spirit and craftsman spirit are positively related to the control of perceived entrepreneurial behavior, and craftsman spirit plays an intermediary role in their entrepreneurial spirit, volunteerism and perceived entrepreneurial behavior control. The stronger the volunteerism, entrepreneurial spirit and craftsman spirit of college students, the more likely they will affect the control of perceived entrepreneurial behavior. Nation, society, university and university students should bear their own responsibility for enhancing the control of their perceived entrepreneurial behavior.
