摘要
大学教师是大学文化建设的重要力量。从大学发展进程看,大学教师是大学文化精神的积极塑造者和创新推动者,大学文化建设是教师的责任和使命,大学教师的发展也需要良好大学文化的滋养。然而,大学文化具有很强的惯性力量,大学教师常常会因为对大学变革的后果不确定或顾虑知识能力过时而阻碍大学文化的创新与发展。大学文化建设应突破组织文化惯性,引领大学文化创新发展;从大学教师的文化认同着手,减少大学组织变革的阻力。
University teachers are an important force in the construction of university culture. From the process of university development, university teachers are the active builders and innovative promoters of the cultural spirit of u- niversity. The construction of university culture is the responsibility and mission of teachers, and the development of u- niversity teachers also needs a good culture of university. However, university culture has a strong momentum of inertia and university teachers often impede the innovation and development of university culture because of the uncertainty of the consequences of the reform of university or the obsolescence of knowledge ability. The construction of university culture should break through the inertia of organizational culture and lead the innovation and development of universi- ty culture, we must start with the cultural identity of university teachers and reduce the resistance of university organi- zational change.
