摘要
目的研究戴蒙开颗粒与其功能主治相关的主要药效学。方法以APP/PS1双转基因小鼠为阿尔茨海默病模式动物,通过Morris水迷宫检测其学习记忆能力;同时采用东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠、乙醇分别制备记忆获得、巩固、再现障碍模型小鼠,通过跳台实验检测其学习记忆能力。观察戴蒙开颗粒对小鼠记忆的改善作用。结果中、高剂量戴蒙开颗粒能够缩短APP/PS1小鼠水迷宫潜伏期(P <0. 01,P <0. 05),延长记忆获得、巩固障碍小鼠跳台潜伏期,减少记忆巩固、再现障碍小鼠跳台错误次数(P <0. 01,P <0. 05)。结论戴蒙开颗粒具有改善记忆的功能。
Objective To study the main pharmacodynamics of Daimengkai granule and its function. Methods APP/PS1 double transgenic mice were used as Alzheimer's disease model, and their learning and memory abilities were measured by Morris water maze. Using scopolamine to prepare a memory - acquired disorder model, sodium nitrite to prepare memory - consolidation disor- der model, ethanol - prepared memory - reproducible model mice, the learning and memory ability was tested by step - down test. To observe the effect of Daimengkai granule on memory of mice. Results Medium and high dose of Daimengkai granules can shorten the latency of APP/PS1 mouse, prolong memory gain, consolidate the latency of mice with jumping platform, reduce memory consolidation, and reproduce the number of mice. Prolong the latency of memory - acquired disorder model mice and memory - consolidation disorder model mice, and reduce the number of errors in memory - consolidation disorder model mice and memory - reproducible model mice. Conclusion Daimengkai granule has the function of improving memory.
