摘要
目的研究药对厚朴-苍术的配伍对其挥发油化学成分的影响。方法采用固相微萃取法分别提取药对厚朴-苍术及其单味药的挥发油,然后采用气相色谱一质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分别对各挥发油成分进行分析,经计算机检索及质谱图解析确定化合物,并采用峰面积归一法计算相对百分含量。结果苍术挥发油中β-愈创木烯化学成分以及厚朴挥发油中八氢四甲基萘甲醇、香叶醇、乙酸香叶酯、松油烯-4-醇、樟脑等9个化学成分在药对挥发油中未检出,而在药对挥发油中新增橙花叔醇、桧脑、异匙叶桉油醇、isolantolactonoid butenolide A 4个化学成分,在单味药中的α-桉叶醇、2,2,4,4,6-五甲基双环[5,3,0]癸-6,9-二烯-3-酮等的化学成分相对含量在配伍后明显增加,而β-桉叶醇、γ-桉叶醇等化学成分的相对含量在配伍后明显减少。结论厚朴-苍术药对的配伍对其挥发油的化学成分及其含量均有一定的影响。
Objective To study the effect of compatibility of Magnolia officinalis - Atractylodes herb on the chemical constituents of volatile oil. Methods The essential oil of Magnolia officinalis - Atractylodes and its single herb was extracted by solid - phase microextraction, and then each volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry (GC -MS). Figure analysis was used to determine the compounds, and the peak area normalization method used to calculate the relative percentage. Results The chemical constituents of β - guaienes in Herba Artemisiae volatile oil and the nine chemical constituents of rosifoliol, (E) - geraniol, geranyl acetate, terpinen - 4 - ol and camphor were not detected in couplet medicines, but nerolidol, juniper camphor, isospathulenol and isolantolactonoid butenolide chemical composition was detected. In single drug in the α - eudesmol, 2,2,4,4, 6 -pentamethyl bicyclo[ 5,3,0] deca- 6,9 -dieM- 3 -one and other chemical composition of the relative content of significantly increased compared with couplet medicines, and β - eudesmol, γ- eudesmol and other chemical composition of the relative content of significantly reduced. Conclusion Magnolia - Atractylodes herb on the chemical composition of volatile oil and its content have a certain impact.
