葶苈生脉组方口服液与配方颗粒指纹图谱比较

目的通过葶苈生脉口服液与配方颗粒的中药指纹图谱比较,以研究中药配方颗粒在中药复方中应用的可行性。方法采用YMC J'sphere ODS-H80(4. 6 mm×250 mm,4μm)色谱柱,采用高效液相法检测,以乙腈-0. 1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1. 0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长分别为203 nm、270nm,柱温30℃。结果同一批药材饮片的两种汤剂其HPLC指纹图谱相似性好,相似度为0. 95,不同厂家的配方颗粒汤剂间指纹图谱差异较大。结论葶苈生脉组方的中药配方颗粒与汤剂比较,相似性差异较大,此结果与制备工艺有较大关系。

Objective Through the traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint Tingli Shengmai oral liquid and granule, to study the feasibility of application of Chinese medicinal granules in Chinese traditional medicine compound. Methods The column of YMC J ＇sphere ODS -H80 -C18 （4.6 mm 250 mm, 4μm） column was detected by HPLC, with acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase, gradient elntion, and flow rate 1 ml· min-1. The detection wavelengths were 203 nm, 270nm and column temperature 30 degrees respectively. Results The HPLC fingerprints of the two kinds of decoction pieces of the same batch of herbs were similar and the similarity was 0.95. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine formula granule and decoction Tingli Shengmai prescription, similar differences, the results and the preparation process has great relationship.
