卵巢早衰的从厥阴病论治

Treatment of premature ovarian failure on Jue Yin disease

卵巢早衰是严重影响女性长期身心健康的生殖障碍性疾病,临床表现复杂、病因不清、进展迅速,中、西医均鲜有明确有效的治疗方法。笔者认为卵巢早衰应辨属厥阴病,其病因为"虚、积冷、结气",病机为"阴阳气不相顺接",临床上应用《伤寒论》厥阴病篇代表方剂辨证治疗取得了一定效果,后根据厥阴病辨证思路自创更贴近妇科临床的厥阴育嗣方,亦常获良效。文章论述了从厥阴病论治卵巢早衰的依据,并就具体的诊疗经验进行了介绍。

Premature ovarian failure（POF） is a serious reproductive disorder affecting women＇s long -term physical and mental health. The clinical manifestations are complex, the etiology is unclear, and the progress is rapid. There are few clear and effective treatments in both Chinese and Western medicine. The author believes that POF should be identified as Jue Yin disease, the etiology is ＂deficiency, cold, knot＂ , the pathogenesis is ＂Yin and Yang do not meet＂ , clinical application of Jue Yin disease on behalf of the prescription treatment has achieved some results. Jue Yin Yu Si Fang, created under the pathogenesis of Jue Yin disease, which is more close to the clinical , also had good effect. This article discusses the basis of the treatment of Jue Yin disease on the basis of POF, and the specific diagnosis and treatment experience were introduced.
